Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Akuntansi.
• Pengalaman di fund administration/fund accounting.
• Pengetahuan akuntansi yang kuat dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi serta pengetahuan pasar modal dan regulasi pajak Indonesia.
• Analitis yang baik, literasi komputer, siap bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan supervisi minimal.
• Bahasa Inggris yang baik, lisan maupun tulisan.
• Mampu memanfaatkan alat AI untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.

Responsibilities

• Mempersiapkan laporan valuasi harian untuk beberapa dana.
• Menangani laporan keuangan tahunan dan SPT.
• Melakukan aktivitas harian sesuai SOP dan pengendalian yang sadar risiko.
• Bertindak dengan pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal, termasuk auditor & klien.
• Berupaya meraih nol temuan audit di Fund Services.

Details of the Division and Team:

The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

Your key responsibilities:

• In charge to prepare daily valuation report for multiple funds
• Responsible in handling annual financial report and tax return
• Perform daily activities in fully adherence of internal operating procedure and in fully awareness of process and control.
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including auditor & client
• Manage to achieve zero audit findings in Fund Services

Your skills and experience:

• Candidate must possess minimum bachelor’s degree major in Accounting
• Experience in fund administration/ fund accounting.
• Strong in accounting knowledge with high level of accuracy and have good knowledge in Capital Market and Indonesia tax regulation.
• Good analytical, computer literacy and be able to willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Good English skill both verbal and written
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
