Job summary

Supermom Business is offering a 3-month marketing internship in Jakarta focused on campaign execution and performance tracking. You will draft briefs, gather assets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and conversions.

Ideal candidates are university students or recent grads in Marketing/Communications with an interest in digital campaigns, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Canva familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets for basic filtering and organizing project data.
• Interest or basic ability in using AI tools to improve daily productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proactive, accountable, and capable of following up independently.
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.

Internship Duration: 3 months (October – December)

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Operational Execution

• Pre-Launch Setup: Assist in drafting creative brief for microsite, focused on conversion. Assist in liaising to gather necessary assets, preparing operational documentation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Support day-to-day execution and optimization by developing creative briefs to support paid advertising, focusing on conversion (not content/awareness). Liaising with vendors and cross-functional team to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Tracking & Documentation: Maintain and update campaign tracking sheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to ensure project records and administrative follow-ups remain accurate and organized.

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Help compile post-campaign performance data and basic performance reports to surface key insights for future optimization.
