Ematic Solutions is seeking a full-time 6-month internship in Jakarta for marketing-oriented interns. You’ll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns to support onboarding and campaign setup.

This fast-paced role requires strong communication, detail-orientation, and rapid learning in a tech-driven environment. Eligible candidates are fresh graduates or final-year students in marketing or business, with good academics.

• Fresh graduate or final year student in marketing or business with strong academics
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain ideas clearly
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Curious, analytical, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel; basic knowledge of digital ads is a bonus

Responsabilidades

• Assist in onboarding and partnering with clients to ensure they’re up and running with services and set up for success
• Coordinate with clients to gather campaign requirements (EDM, Push, SMS), build, review, and schedule
• Support the team in maintaining relationships with key contacts within assigned B2B portfolios
• Maintaining a consistent response and communication and ensuring client’s expectations are well managed
• Liaise with the Solutions Engineer team for troubleshooting and post-mortem documentation

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Assist in onboarding and partnering with our clients to ensure that they’re up and running with their services of choice and set up for success.
• Coordinate with clients to gather the requirements for their marketing campaigns release (including but not limited to EDM, Push Notifications, SMS etc.), build, review and schedule.
• Support the team in maintaining relationships with key point of contacts within the assigned accounts B2B clients/portfolios.
• Maintaining a consistent response and communication and ensuring client’s expectations are well managed.
• Liaise with the Solutions Engineer team for troubleshooting and problem resolutions, including escalations, documentations, post-mortem process.

What We’re Looking For

• Available for a full-time internship (6 months, paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Marketing, business, management in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain ideas.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Curious mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quick and adaptable learner in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Google or Facebook Ads is a bonus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Email tools, CRM, CDP, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You’ll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
