Job summary

PT Gelindo Garmentama in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia is seeking a pattern/tech specialist to convert and optimize DXF/RUL files using OPTITEX CAD, ensuring patterns align with specs and BOM, and supporting marker and sewing teams.

You will hand over pattern files to the marker team, verify markers, and monitor consumption while coordinating with MD, PPIC and Planning to improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in OPTITEX CAD and garment pattern workflow.
• Ability to read spec sheets, BOMs, and understand marker and fabric consumption.
• Careful, detail-oriented with strong cross-department communication.
• Garment factory pattern/tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use OPTITEX to convert DXF/RUL pattern files from MD.
• Check patterns against spec sheet, BOM and approved samples; name and file patterns.
• Hand over patterns to marker team, verify markers and keep inspection records.
• Support pattern sewing team, optimize patterns for production efficiency.
• Check marker consumption; report discrepancies to MD, PPIC and Planning Dept.
• Ensure patterns and markers used in production are accurate.

This role involves using OPTITEX CAD to convert and manage garment pattern files, ensuring accuracy against specifications and supporting production efficiency across pattern, marker, and sewing teams.
