Delamibrands in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Pattern Maker to create accurate patterns from sketches and tech packs, ensure fit and production feasibility, and collaborate across design and production teams.

You will revise patterns from fittings, prepare grading for multiple sizes, and optimize fabric usage with markers while maintaining documentation and archives throughout development timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma or high school in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, Pattern Making, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of pattern making experience in apparel/fashion retail, preferably ladies' product.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, fabric behavior, and fit.

Responsabilités

• Develop accurate garment patterns from designer sketches, tech packs, and specifications.
• Create first patterns for sample development using CAD pattern-making software.
• Revise patterns based on fittings and production requirements to meet design intent and production feasibility.
• Prepare grading for multiple sizes while preserving proportions and fit.
• Create and maintain marker layouts to optimize fabric use and minimize waste.
• Review garment measurements and ensure adherence to size specifications.
• Maintain pattern archives and technical documentation for future reference.
• Support production teams in resolving construction and fit issues and ensure development timelines are met.
