Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields is advantageous.
• Experience: Previous working or internship experience in guest relations, butler services, or luxury hospitality roles is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with guests and convey information accurately.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is critical for anticipating guest needs and delivering flawless service.
• Cultural Awareness: An understanding of various cultures and customs is essential when dealing with an international clientele.
• Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages can be a significant advantage.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills are necessary to address guest concerns and find appropriate solutions promptly.
