Job summary

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT, IS, or automation.
• Good English with minimum B1 level.
• Basic knowledge of computer science, information systems, software programming, and databases.
• Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Ability to create clear, structured technical documentation.
• Willing to join the internship program full-time.

Responsibilities

OUR TEAM:

In the Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) Department, we support maintenance activities, software development, system deployment, and digitalization & automation initiatives. Our team contributes to system studies, technical documentation, and the development of internal applications to support problem-solving and innovation in IS/IT.

MISSION:

In the domain of IT Software Development and Digitalization & Automation,

• Support maintenance activities and ongoing MIS operations.
• Assist in software development activities, particularly for internal application development.
• Support system deployment activities and ensure proper documentation throughout the deployment process.
• Conduct system studies and prepare relevant technical documentation for Digitalization & Automation projects.
• Assist in developing internal applications using the O365 platform / Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of an application project, from study and analysis through to deployment.
• Apply knowledge of computer science, information systems, software programming, and databases to assigned projects.
• Prepare project reports and presentations to communicate project progress, results, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the MIS team throughout the internship and contribute to problem-solving and innovation initiatives in IS/IT.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably from IT, Information Systems, Automation Engineering, or a related field
• Good command of English, with a minimum B1 level
• Basic knowledge of computer science, information systems, software programming, and databases
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
