Job Description

• Collaborate closely with social media, marketing (ads & SEO) and RG Privat supporting team (designer) to increase the number of customer leads for Privat Online product.
• Collaborate closely with product‑development team to increase conversion from traffic to customer leads for Privat Online product.
• Conduct learning call with respondents (private student / parents / sales agent / teachers) to gather insights to support business strategy and development.
• Provide ops support for regional team help‑center (similar to product ops role).
