The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Management, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft tools. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduates with minimum GPA of 3.3 are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of business management or product management concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) and PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Staff Business Management will be located in Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta.

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business/Marketing Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
2. Fresh graduates with a passion in data analysis & marketing are welcome to apply (Min. GPA 3.3).
3. Strong understanding of business management or product management concepts.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and other advanced functions) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
5. Strong numerical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
7. Fluent in English both written and verbal.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor, plan, and control activities to measure and evaluate overall business performance.
• Create and report daily sales forecasts to track sales trends and support decision-making.
• Update and monitor project progress, schedules, and shipment status to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, R&D, PPIC, Packaging R&D, Production, QA, and Logistics/WH to support new product development activities.
• Present and communicate upcoming marketing plans and strategies to management and relevant teams.

Workplace: Onsite. Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.00.
