Job summary

TP is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Indonesia to support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. You will create and maintain Power BI reports, collect and validate operational data, and prepare daily to monthly performance summaries to help improve business performance and efficiency.

You will monitor contact center KPIs, automate reporting with Google Sheets and Apps Script, and collaborate with Operations and WFM to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, data analytics, statistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Power BI, Power Query and DAX.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development preferred.
• Knowledge of contact center or BPO operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work rotating 24/7 shift including nights, weekends and public holidays.

• Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.


• Knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.


• Good skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.


• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development is preferred.


• Knowledge of contact center or BPO operations is an advantage.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Detail-oriented and able to work with deadlines.


• Willing to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
