Job summary

Serendipity HR Consultant membuka posisi penjualan di Tangerang, Indonesia. Peran ini fokus pada pengembangan hubungan dengan pelanggan B2B, penjualan produk dan layanan HR, serta dukungan teknis dan penawaran terkait proyek.

Posisi full-time on-site di Tangerang dengan target penjualan yang jelas. Memerlukan pengalaman 3–5 tahun di penjualan general trading atau makanan hewan, serta kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Inggris yang baik.

Qualifications

• Kualifikasi minimal mencakup gelar Sarjana dalam bidang apa saja.
• Keahlian komunikasi, hubungan antarpersonal, dan presentasi yang baik.
• Kemampuan bahasa Inggris lisan/tulisan yang lancar.

Responsibilities

• Kembangkan hubungan kuat dengan pelanggan B2B untuk kepuasan dan pembelian berulang.
• Identifikasi, dekati, dan akuisisi pelanggan baru untuk pertumbuhan pasar.
• Siapkan dan serahkan penawaran, proposal, dan dokumen tender tepat waktu.
• Berikan dukungan teknis dan komersial sepanjang proses penjualan.
• Kunjungi pelanggan, lakukan presentasi, dan demonstrasi produk.
• Negosiasikan harga, syarat, dan kontrak dengan pelanggan.
• Pantau tren pasar, pesaing, dan kebutuhan pelanggan untuk peluang.
• Tindaklanjuti pertanyaan penjualan untuk tingkatkan konversi.
• Koordinasi dengan departemen internal untuk pemrosesan order, pengiriman, dan purna jual.
• Siapkan laporan penjualan, ramalan, dan aktivitas pelanggan sambil capai target.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales growth.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and project tender documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers throughout the sales process.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote company products and services.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates while ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets independently.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, any major.
• Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in General Trading or Animal food.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Possess own transport and have a valid driving license.
