PT Sahabat Kirim Digital in Jakarta seeks a payments integration specialist to lead API connections with banks, fintechs, and PSPs. You will assess channel capabilities, negotiate partnerships, and align settlements, risk controls, and regulatory requirements with Bank Indonesia rules.
Responsibilities include driving technical integration, monitoring performance, and developing fallback strategies to improve success rates and minimize costs while ensuring stable operations.
Conduct in-depth research and integration of payment capabilities from banks, third-party payment service providers, and clearing institutions (e.g., online banking, local collections/disbursements, cross-border payments).
Analyze each channel's interface capabilities, fee structure, settlement cycle, and technical constraints.
Select and plan high-efficiency payment channel strategies to enhance success rates and optimize cost structures.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and licensed payment institutions.
Lead business negotiations and finalize cooperation agreements, focusing on acquiring low-cost and high-stability channels.
Drive and coordinate technical integration, including API connection, reconciliation logic, and risk control alignment.
Monitor channel performance metrics (e.g., success rate, cost ratio, failure rate), and conduct periodic evaluations.
Identify and resolve high failure rate issues by collaborating with technical teams and channel partners for enhancements.
Stay informed about payment-related regulations, product developments from banks and PSPs, and anticipate fee trends.
Ensure all payment channels comply with the regulatory requirements of Bank Indonesia.
Develop fallback mechanisms to mitigate the risks associated with single-point channel failures.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the payments industry, fintech companies, or banking payment departments.
Prior experience in negotiating and managing partnerships with banks or third-party payment providers is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and integration processes for mainstream payment methods.
Hands-on experience with payment API integration, settlement and reconciliation, and risk management rules.
Excellent business negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to independently develop and close strategic partnerships.
