Responsibilities
- Implement a new product development strategy based on market analysis to expand capsule, DFS, and ingredient market share.
- Coordinate and collaborate between the sales team and other line leaders to develop strategies that increase sales potential and maximize company revenue.
- Identify and monitor market opportunities with the aim of producing measurable and planned pipelines.
- Develop, organize and control promotional programs, exhibitions, and training related to product knowledge, ensuring the success and timeliness of new product launches.
- Segment Sales: Identify, compile, and propose concepts and strategies for achieving annual targets related to gross income, quantity, price, and margin for specific segments to increase overall business.
- Technical Service: Provide data, facts, and information used to develop after‑sales support, competitive analysis, and improvement projects to increase customer satisfaction and generate new business.
- Customer Service: Identify and propose management of media/communication channels that align with customer characteristics, establish open communication and timely support, and provide data, facts, and other support for managing databases, relationships, and customer complaints to fulfill customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, ingredients, or healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of successful sales strategy development and execution.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
