Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain small to medium buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, assist with installation, and track work orders under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or trade school background and the ability to lift heavy loads, with strong MS Office skills and excellent organization. This is a hands-on, on-site position in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in building maintenance or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Diagnose potential problems and carry out repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to ensure efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
