Job summary

RASA Group seeks a capable Project Manager to lead building maintenance, construction, renovation, fit-out, and facility improvement projects. You will coordinate vendors, monitor budgets and timelines, and ensure safety and quality across active sites in Bekasi.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture related fields, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. Travel to project locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, renovation, fit-out, facility management, or project management.
• Experience in managing contractors and vendors.
• Good understanding of RAB/BOQ, construction work, project budgeting, and project documentation.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and project monitoring skills.

• Monitor project progress, quality, budget, timeline, and completion.
• Prepare and manage RAB/BOQ, PR/PO, project documentation, and project reports.
• Conduct business trips to out-of-town project locations as required.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and management.
• Ensure project execution complies with company policies, HSE requirements, and applicable standards.
• Identify project risks, issues, and potential delays and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure all projects are completed according to the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and requirements.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, renovation, fit-out, facility management, or project management.
• Experienced in managing contractors and vendors.
• Good understanding of RAB/BOQ, construction work, project budgeting, and project documentation.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and project monitoring skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to project locations outside the city when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
