Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with regulations for air conditioning products in Indonesia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and report monthly sales data to management and factory.
• Support management in budget preparation.
• Prepare and summarize dealer sales achievements for rewards programs.
• Coordinate the editing, printing and distribution of price lists with Product Marketing.
• Enter and maintain data in SAP for prices, discounts and BOMs.
• Maintain ISO and regulatory documentation for AC products (SNI, energy efficiency, Wi‑Fi).
• Coordinate with labs and authorities to obtain product certifications and required documents.
• Support submission of documents through government portals with factories and certification bodies.
