Job summary

Indogal Agro Trading is seeking an Accounting Budget Control Staff to manage the budgeting process, forecast financial performance, and provide insightful budget analysis to support strategic decisions. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure robust planning and strong financial control.

You will coordinate annual budgeting across departments, prepare rolling forecasts, monitor variances, and ensure alignment between budget and actual results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Budget Control / FP&A / Budgeting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP Odoo experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Budget Control Staff to take care the company's budgeting process, monitor financial performance, and provide insightful budget analysis to support strategic business decisions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective budget planning, forecasting, and financial control.

Responsibilities:

• Take care the annual budgeting process and coordinate budget preparation across all departments
• Prepare periodic budget forecasts and rolling forecasts
• Monitor budget utilization and ensure spending is in line with approved budgets
• perform budget variance analysis and identify key drivers of deviations
• Review and evaluate budget requests from business units
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure consistency between budget, actual results, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from reputable university.
• 3-4years of experience in Budget Control, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, or Management Accounting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP Odoo is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
