Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia, part of Heineken, is hiring a Brewing Technician based in Tangerang. You will specialize in three key areas within our brewhouse operations—Wort Production, Cellar & Fermentation, and Beer Filtration—to meet production targets with high quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, or Chemical Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• 1 year of relevant work experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work in shifts and based in Tangerang Brewery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety & Health: implement and adhere to safety and health protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Drive Production Output: achieve production goals in terms of quantity and quality.
• Maintain Equipment: ensure high reliability and availability of production machinery and supporting equipment.
• Control Processes: implement process control standards to optimize production efficiency.
• Manage Materials: ensure the availability of production materials.
• Promote Cleanliness: uphold cleanliness and hygienic standards within the working environment.
