Job summary

Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Brewing Technician based in Tangerang. You will support wort production, cellar & fermentation, and beer filtration to meet production targets safely and efficiently.

The role requires education in food tech or related fields, English proficiency, and willingness to work in shifts at our Tangerang Brewery. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with full-time engagement and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Based at Tangerang Brewery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety & Health: implement and adhere to safety protocols.
• Drive Production Output: achieve production goals in quantity and quality.
• Maintain Equipment: ensure reliability and availability of machinery.
• Control Processes: apply process controls to optimise efficiency.
• Manage Materials: ensure availability of production materials.
• Promote Cleanliness: uphold hygiene standards in the workplace.
