You will lead marketing insights, develop propositions, and set RTM and education strategies, while creating business models for new products and guiding advertising partners.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, customer segmentation, and continuous improvement of ATL/BTL activities in line with market demand.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Skilled in Brand Development and Brand Building.
• Proficient in Communication Skills and Project Development.

Responsibilities

• As a project development leader, working with other departments to develop new products.
• As a leader on behalf of Marketing team, in terms of consumer insights, proposition and brand, new product concept and benchmark, 6Ps of marketing framework, RTM, communication and education strategy.
• Create business model for new products
• Working with Sales Team for RTM Strategies
• Ensure target customer, segmentation and positioning can be delivered consistently as a guideline for advertising and media agency to plan marketing strategies.
• Continues improvement & evaluation for both ATL & BTL, also ensure existing and new brands/products in accordance with market demand.
