Rexus Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Marketing professional to own the annual and quarterly roadmaps, align with business goals, and lead cross-channel campaigns in Jakarta. You will shape content strategy, manage product launch campaigns, and drive performance analytics across IG and TikTok, collaborating with product, creative, and operations teams.

The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability translate data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (consumer brand, D2C preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media (IG, TikTok) and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to turn business goals into actionable marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills to read data and KPIs for decision making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead campaign planning from ideation to execution with 360° channel integration.
• Oversee content strategy across relevant platforms.
• Lead product launch campaigns, seasonal campaigns, brand days, and partnerships.
• Track performance and ROI across channels; analyze metrics and ROI.
