PT. ABADINUSA USAHASEMESTA in Jakarta is seeking a Brand Specialist to shape our brand strategy and growth. You will analyze brand, customer, market and competitor insights to deliver strategic recommendations for positioning, messaging and differentiation.

You will develop brand guidelines, ensure consistent brand implementation across digital and offline channels, review visuals and materials, and support market research to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in brand specialist, management, marketing or consumer/market insights.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and brand identity.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to ensure consistent brand implementation across platforms.
• Experience in marketing activation, event management, or promotional activities is a plus.

• Develop brand strategies, including positioning, value proposition, messaging, and differentiation to strengthen brand identity and market presence.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across digital platforms and offline media.
• Review brand visuals, product displays, and promotional materials to ensure guideline compliance and provide direction for consistent brand implementation.
• Support market research and evaluate brand performance to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
