Job summary

OCTARINE is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, growth, and GMV in Indonesia. You will own the brand’s positioning, go-to-market approach, campaign direction, social media, and creative strategy across all channels.

Collaborating with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance, you’ll drive integrated marketing initiatives across digital, influencer, content, CRM, e-commerce, and offline activations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of marketing experience with beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, FMCG, D2C or consumer brands.
• Proven experience leading marketing functions end-to-end across channels.
• Strong brand development, budgeting, performance marketing and analytics skills.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, CRM and social/digital commerce ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to drive brand growth, revenue and GMV.
• Own brand positioning, GTM, campaigns, social media and creative strategy.
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives across digital, influencer, content, CRM, e-commerce and offline.
• Build distinctive brand identity with consistent communication and customer experience.
• Mentor a high-performing cross-functional marketing team.
• Manage budget planning, allocation and optimization for impact.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV, revenue and GMV to inform growth.
• Present strategies and results to senior leadership and founders.
