Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Social Media Strategy.
• Proven experience growing a brand through strategic content, not just managing social accounts.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative planning skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Familiar with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of video production and content review processes.
• Keen interest in architecture, luxury villas, hospitality, real estate, or construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media and content strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and maintain a structured content calendar for all platforms.
• Plan content themes, campaign directions, and storytelling angles.

• Develop and manage CEO personal branding strategy across digital channels.
• Maintain strong and consistent brand positioning for the company.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy aligned with the brand voice.
• Coordinate filming schedules, content production, and publishing timelines.
• Ensure posting schedules and content standards remain consistent.
• Identify and establish strategic collaborations with industry partners.
• Coordinate partnership campaigns and co-branded content opportunities.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships to expand reach and credibility.
• Monitor, evaluate content performance, and growth trends.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and content improvement.
