Cabo Bali is seeking a senior visual director to define what Cabo Bali looks like and then execute it. You set the bar and you hold it, owning the visual direction across every channel.

You will direct hero villa films, brief and guide photographers, editors and creators, and build a complete system of look, grading, sound, templates and standards to ensure work drives direct bookings, not just views. This senior role offers creative ownership of a rapidly growing brand with multiple properties,
