Job summary

PT. Fabindo Sejahtera mencari Brand Executive untuk mengembangkan citra merek dan komunikasi di pasar Indonesia. Anda akan merencanakan dan melaksanakan kampanye pemasaran serta ide kreatif yang mendukung citra merek perusahaan.

Posisi ini menuntut pemahaman strategi pemasaran, kemampuan analitis, dan kreativitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja merek. Wajib memiliki gelar di pemasaran atau komunikasi serta pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di industri kosmetik dan perawatan bayi.

Qualifications

• Minimal memiliki gelar Sarjana di bidang pemasaran atau komunikasi.
• Berpengalaman 2 tahun di industri kosmetik dan perawatan bayi.
• Kreatif dan inovatif.
• Siap bekerja di Jakarta Barat.

Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan citra merek & komunikasi di pasar Indonesia.
• Mempersiapkan kampanye pemasaran dan ide kreatif untuk mendukung citra merek.
• Membuat dan mengimplementasikan rencana serta strategi pemasaran untuk membangun citra merek di pasar Indonesia.
• Memantau kampanye pemasaran dan kinerja penjualan.
• Melakukan riset pasar.
• Memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja merek serta mengumpulkan umpan balik pelanggan.
• Menganalisis kinerja merek untuk pengembangan masa depan.

BRAND EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for developing brand image & communication in the Indonesian market.

Responsible for preparing marketing campaigns and creative ideas to support Brand image.

Create and implement marketing plans and marketing strategies to support the creation of brand image and brand building in the Indonesian market.

Monitor marketing campaigns and sales performance for further development and innovation.

Implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets.

Conducting market research.

Monitor and evaluate the brand performance and gather customer feedback.

Analyze brand performance for the future and development.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communication major.

Having 2 years of working experience in industry cosmetics and baby care.

Creative, and Innovative.

Willing to work at Jakarta Barat
