Job summary

Chief Company in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Junior Brand Executive to support brand campaigns, partnerships, and related administrative duties. You will collaborate with internal Brand and Marketing teams and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet objectives.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of full-time experience in brand support or marketing support, and is comfortable handling partnerships with influencers and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of full-time experience in brand support, marketing support, partnership support, or a similar role.
• Experience handling partnerships with influencers, communities, or business partners is required.
• Strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of brand campaigns, activations, and day-to-day brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal Brand and Marketing teams to ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are well managed.
• Support partnership activities, including collaborations with influencers, communities, corporate partners, and other business partners.
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, agreements, and follow-up communications.
• Monitor partnership deliverables and ensure agreed activities are executed on time.
