Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Branch Manager to lead sales operations at the Palembang branch in the food industry. You will plan and execute strategic steps to achieve sales targets and oversee budgeting and field activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a Branch Manager in food, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to manage field sales, build relationships, and monitor performance against targets across Palembang, Bali and Manado locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any major).
• Minimum 5 years experience as Branch Manager in Food industry company.
• Experience managing field sales activities.
• Target and achievement oriented.
• Sales experience, particularly in Food industry.
• Able to operate MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets at the assigned branch.
• Plan strategic steps for the branch, arrange visit schedules and sales targets to achieve maximum sales targets.
• Monitor and evaluate sales target achievement on an ongoing basis.
• Monitor and evaluate market and competitors to assess branch position relative to similar markets in the same area, analyse market needs to develop and propose sales strategies.
• Responsible for managing activity budget in the area.
• Conduct negotiations with buyers for activities and sales achievement in the area.
• Monitor and review sales achievement and budget usage.
• Build good relationships with internal and external parties.
