Job summary

PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Branch Manager to drive sales, ensure SLA compliance, and manage portfolio quality across Indonesian branches. The role requires leading a team, developing agency partnerships, and delivering strong market coverage across Jabodetabek and beyond.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of branch leadership experience in financial services, with excellent communication and planning skills.

• Bachelor degree in Business / Economy or any related field
• Well experienced at refinancing mortgage or property in banking/financial company
• Experience at least 3 years as Branch Manager in banking/financial company
• Willing to be placed in our branch all over Indonesia, especially in Jabodetabek area
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
