Job summary

Ruangguru seeks a Branch Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee the operations of multiple branches in Indonesia. You will drive branch initiatives, events, and promotions to boost student engagement and enrollment, while actively managing local PnL and identifying revenue opportunities.

The role also focuses on delivering an exceptional customer journey and ensuring high service quality to foster loyalty and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven leadership in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education or startups is a plus.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Job description

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
