PT JACK Study Abroad is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and manage a student recruitment team in Jakarta. The role involves engaging prospective students and parents, guiding admission processes, and coordinating with colleagues to promote branch activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in education sales, a passion for leadership, fluent English, and a collaborative mindset. Position requires placement in South Jakarta or Tangerang offices.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in management, hospitality or communication from a reputable university.
• Min 5 years of sales experience in the education industry, strong passion for sales and leadership. Experience in lead a team previously.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate confidently and effectively
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
• Willing to be placed at JACK Study Abroad South Jakarta & Tangerang office

Responsabilidades

• Deliver proper information with excellent manners and professionalism to prospective students and parents about study overseas
• Follow up on inquiries from students and parents, with flexibility to work beyond regular office hours when necessary
• Handle students’ university admission applications with strong attention to detail and in accordance with established procedures
• Contribute to company operations and event promotions through strong teamwork and effective coordination with colleagues
• Communicate effectively with students and parents to build strong relationships and support the branch’s sales growth
• Lead the team in achieving branch sales targets while supporting the team in resolving challenges through strong leadership and effective communication
