Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking a Boiler Operator to operate and monitor the boiler, maintain logs, and ensure CCP controls are met at the Marunda, Bekasi site. The role requires a D3 diploma and at least 1 year of boiler experience, with willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities include daily consumption logging for steam and coal, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and adhering to safety and quality standards (ISO 9001/ISO 22000, Halal, SMK3, ISCC).

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma Degree (D3).
• Willingness to work in Marunda, Bekasi.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the boiler in accordance with WI.
• Fill out the logsheet as per format.
• Record conductivity steam condensate in Logsheet for CCP control and report deviations.
• Record actual use of Steam and Coal daily for traceability.
• Check and meet boiler supporters' needs (water, fuel, chemicals).
• Inspect and clean filters and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Report to supervisor any abnormal operating conditions promptly.
• Implement preventive maintenance as instructed by superiors.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Regulations and ISO/Halal/SMK3/ISCC systems.
