Job summary

RGE is seeking a Spent Bleaching Earth Supervisor in Dumai, Indonesia to lead shift operations, ensure safe production, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong knowledge of process safety, QMS, and project readiness during commissioning and start-up phases.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of industrial plant experience, with preference for experience in solvent extraction and handling hexane or explosive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years in industrial plant operations.
• Experience with Solvent Extraction, Hexane or explosive solvents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure safe production and resource allocation.
• Support CSU through facility operability and startup readiness.
• Act as Safety Champion and manage high-risk processes with Hexane.
• Implement maintenance strategies to maximize plant availability.
• Assist in CI, QMS, and Green Energy strategic plans.
• Coach operators and maintain high safety competency.
