- Manage and maintain content for BioLife's owned channels (digital, social media, and in-center), keeping consistency with global brand while building community engagement and relevance within the local market.
- Support new center openings, coordinating in-center branding and signage, awareness and lead-driving activities, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness to open.
2. Marketing Execution (≈40%)
- Devise, plan, and execute all marketing materials across paid and owned channels (digital, social, and traditional) to support donor education, recruitment, and retention.
- Work closely with local agencies to manage creative, digital, and media activities, ensuring consistent brand representation and media budget performance and optimization.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of marketing assets.

- Collaborate with Global Marketing, Public Affairs, Legal, and Medical teams to ensure that all promotional materials meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with the operations and HR teams to support local events, community outreach, and donor recruitment activities.
