Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program offers a three- to six-month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Interns will support marketing and business development efforts while building transferable skills and a broad professional network.

Current university students or recent graduates with a data-driven mindset and a passion for cryptocurrency are encouraged to apply, following local contract terms and engaged in a remote-first,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing follow-up communications with external stakeholders to ensure proposed actions are implemented.
• Building detailed reports to monitor progress and a systematic tracking system for transparency.
• Designing marketing campaigns to promote Binance's offerings and expand market presence.
• Performing internal audits of business development activities for compliance and efficiency.
• Analyzing data from Binance's affiliate network to derive actionable insights.
• Deriving strategies and recommendations based on data-driven insights.

About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Responsibilities

• Managing follow-up communications with external stakeholders to ensure proposed actions are effectively implemented.
• Building detailed reports to monitor progress, and implementing a systematic tracking system for better transparency and productivity.
• Designing and developing innovative marketing campaigns to promote Binance's offerings and enhance its market presence.
• Performing internal audits of business development activities to ensure compliance and efficiency, and to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Conducting comprehensive analysis of the data collected from Binance's extensive affiliate network.
• Deriving actionable strategies and recommendations based on insights gleaned from the data analysis.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or a recent graduate with up to 1 year of experience.
• A data-centric individual capable of analyzing large quantities of data and making informed decisions based on the insights derived.
• Demonstrates an understanding of and interest in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Possesses strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with internal stakeholders.
• Persistent with a keen attention to detail.
• Displays a preference for action over conversation and has a results-oriented mindset.
• Embraces a hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to express the impact of work quantitatively and advocates for leading by example rather than providing generic instructions.
