Job summary

Convergint Asia Pacific seeks a BIM Drafter to complete system diagrams and drawings per project schedules for security solutions in Jakarta. You will develop 2D/3D drawings, collaborate with project teams, and maintain high-quality design standards throughout the project lifecycle.

You should have 1–3 years of BIM modeling experience, with AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks proficiency, and BIM certification. English communication and a detail-oriented mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

1–3 years of BIM modeling experience in security systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks; BIM software knowledge.
Understanding CCTV, access control, structured cabling.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

Create and complete drawings according to project schedules and client specifications.
Develop system design diagrams and update them as necessary.
Generate detailed 2D/3D drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and BIM tools.
Utilize AutoCAD and BIM Revit software for drafting and modeling.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and third parties to coordinate site inspections and requirements.
Maintain high design quality and adhere to Convergint standards.
Stay proficient in company products and technology.
Provide prompt responses to service requests within assigned region.
