Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering, at least 5 years in BIM, and strong knowledge of MEP systems, with excellent communication and the ability to lead teams and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Certified in CAD/CAM tools and methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM 3D model creation for data centre installations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary designs.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet standards.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
• Support project managers with technical input.
• Maintain BIM file version control.
• Provide site drawings for installation teams.
• Train and mentor junior BIM staff.
• Uphold company values with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security compliance.
