Job summary

PT YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a BIM Modeler/Drafter Electrical to create and manage BIM models for telecommunications projects. The role focuses on developing and updating MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit, coordinating with Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams, and producing coordinated drawings and shop layouts.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of BIM/CAD experience on data centers, industrial, or high-rise projects, with strong reading of construction drawings and English

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of BIM/CAD experience on data center, industrial, or high-rise projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in English for work-related use.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop BIM models according to project requirements.
• Develop and update Mechanical and/or Electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate models across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Produce coordinated MEP drawings per project standards.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings per construction requirements.
• Create section and detail drawings.
• Revise drawings based on field coordination results.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
