PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced International Logistics Director to lead our Indonesian operations and drive the country’s logistics strategy. The role requires strong leadership, market expansion, and commercial acumen to manage cross-border supply chain activities.

The successful candidate will oversee warehousing, transportation, and bonded logistics, while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive international logistics or related leadership experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Indonesia logistics operations and business activities.
• Develop and execute market expansion and international logistics strategy for Indonesia.
• Identify new opportunities, develop customers, and establish strategic partnerships.
• Develop models across transportation, warehousing, and international freight forwarding.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare business plans, budgets, and cost-control strategies for Indonesia.
• Oversee financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
