PT PRIMA CRANE AND MATERIAL INDONESIA in Surabaya is seeking a General Manager Assistant to support daily China-Indonesia communications, translation, and administrative coordination.

You will handle messages via WeChat and WhatsApp, prepare basic quotations and contracts, organize files and project data, and help arrange visits and meetings with customers. Proficiency in Chinese and MS Office is required, and driving is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to respond quickly.
• Proficiency in Chinese (reading and writing).
• Basic operation of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to drive is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily China-Indonesia communication and translation.
• Handle WeChat/WhatsApp messaging communication.
• Prepare simple quotations, tables, contracts, and organize files.
• Organize customer information and project data.
• Assist in arranging customer visits, meetings, and schedules.
