Job summary

Kitameraki, a fast-growing Technology Consulting and SaaS company in Indonesia, seeks a Business Intelligence Consultant to transform data into actionable business insights and support clients across industries.

You will design and maintain BI dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to data-driven decision-making while growing through an internship path to a Junior Consultant role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, BI Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• 1-2 years hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX) and/or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and business domains.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship track available.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, analyze, and interpret large datasets using analytical, statistical, and programming techniques.
• Understand business requirements and user data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reporting solutions.
• Support clients in optimizing business processes through data and analytics.
