Job summary

Pt Asia Pasifik Logistik in Bekasi seeks a versatile Accounting Specialist to join the finance team. The role covers day-to-day accounting operations and supports financial reporting in a hybrid work environment.

The candidate will handle AP/AR, GL entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly reports, with a Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting and 1–3 years' experience preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform general ledger entries and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with inventory accounting and cost analysis as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department and help resolve discrepancies.
