Job summary

PT Global Digital Niaga (blibli.com) is looking for an entry-level accountant to maintain daily accounting records and handle AP/AR tasks. You will reconcile bank statements, assist in monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and ensure compliance with policies. Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience considered.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily accounting records and journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and information.
• Verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting and finance-related matters.
