Job summary

PT Izone Indonusa seeks a Junior Manager - Beauty Store Layout & VM Decor to lead end-to-end store design, technical drawings, space planning, and visual merchandising décor for our beauty retail network in Indonesia. You will ensure new openings and renovations meet schedule, budget, and brand standards while crafting tester bars and displays that enhance customer experience.

The role demands 3–5 years in store design or visual merchandising, 1–2 years in supervision, and strong AutoCAD/3D

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, visual communication design, product design, or related creative discipline.
• 3–5 years in retail store design or visual merchandising; 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, cosmetics, luxury retail preferred.
• Proven experience managing store openings, renovations, and fit-outs.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve detailed technical drawings for beauty fixtures and displays.
• Ensure lighting standards, high CRI, color temperature, and accurate makeup color representation.
• Oversee integration of operational requirements such as under-counter storage, tester management systems, and hygiene facilities within store displays.
• Ensure consistency of fixture quality, functionality, and brand presentation across all locations.
• Develop and lead thematic decoration concepts, window displays, focal-point backdrops, and feature tables for seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
• Create, maintain, and enforce visual merchandising standards, including master planograms and VM guidelines for tester displays, tray merchandising, promotional displays, and GWP executions.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams to ensure all visual elements align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Continuously evaluate emerging beauty retail trends and recommend innovative store presentation concepts to enhance customer engagement and shopping experience.
• Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and Store Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage relationships with interior contractors, fixture manufacturers, acrylic display suppliers, and other project vendors, including vendor selection, technical specification discussions, negotiations, and material approvals.
• Review and assess material boards, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with quality and brand standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and store inspections to ensure layout execution, lighting installation, fixture placement, and visual merchandising implementations meet company requirements.
• Monitor project progress and resolve design, construction, or operational issues in a timely manner.
