With 50+ stores across Java, Bali, Sumatera, Sulawesi, and Nusa Tenggara, and a rapidly growing digital presence, we’re building a brand people don’t just wear, but experience.
We’re looking for a Visual Merchandiser based in Surabaya who can take a concept from sketch to finished store. You’ll design how ZUMA looks and feels, turn ideas into drawings vendors can build from, and make sure every store delivers the same bold brand experience.
Develop VM concepts for new stores, renovations, product launches, and seasonal promotions in line with ZUMA’s brand guidelines.
Create store layouts, display plans, and product planograms that support customer flow and drive sales.
Prepare working drawings, fixture details, and 3D visuals for internal presentations and as references for vendors.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the production team to ensure installations match the design and stay on schedule.
Supervise on‑site VM installations, including store openings and monthly display changes.
Conduct quality checks before handover and record any revisions that need to be fixed.
Compare vendor quotations and recommend the best option based on quality and price.
Monitor VM conditions across all stores through regular visits and reports from store teams.
Follow up on damaged, worn, or non‑standard displays until they are fixed.
Create and update VM guidelines and SOPs that are clear and easy for store teams to follow.
Brief and guide store managers and staff on VM standards.
Document every project neatly, including final drawings, and vendor notes.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Interior Design or Architecture.
1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail interior design, booth/exhibition, or store fit-out (relevant internships count).
Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD; comfortable rendering with Enscape, V-Ray, D5, or similar.
