Qualifications

• 2–4 years in NPD, ideally in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods
• Trend-savvy and able to translate trends into market-ready products
• Strong project management and timeline coordination
• Quality- and detail-oriented with regulatory awareness
• Proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot with suppliers and teams

Responsibilities

• Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to spot new product opportunities
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to develop formulations and packaging
• Coordinate sampling, testing, and QA before launch
• Manage timelines to meet launch deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with marketing, design and regulatory teams on positioning, packaging, and compliance
• Monitor post-launch performance and suggest improvements
• Maintain detailed docs from ideation to commercialization
