Job summary

Pt Kata Selaras Bersama is seeking a dynamic Lead Digital Marketing Strategist to drive growth for beauty products and services. This fully remote leadership role requires strategic thinking, hands-on campaign leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with content and product teams.

You will develop and execute integrated SEO/SEM, social, email, and content strategies, analyze performance, mentor teams, and optimize ROI across platforms while staying ahead of beauty industry trends.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership or strategy.
Proven track record of developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for beauty brands.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) to meet KPIs and ROI.
Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide optimization recommendations.
Oversee social media calendars, community engagement, and influencer collaborations in beauty space.
Collaborate with content team to create compelling marketing copy and visuals.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends in beauty and wellness.
