Luxasia, the leading beauty omnichannel distributor in Asia Pacific, is seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planning Leader. You will own the 12-month rolling forecast, drive S&OP with Sales, Marketing and Finance, and balance product availability with working capital across channels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years in planning, including 5 in management, SAP and advanced Excel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years in demand and supply planning, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in purchase planning, inventory management and SLOB reduction.
• SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management with S&OP leadership.
• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication, written and verbal.
• Proactive, structured and adaptable with sound commercial judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the 12-month rolling demand forecast with trends, launches and discontinuations.
• Drive S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align priorities.
• Oversee supply and purchase planning to balance availability and working capital.
• Coordinate with brand principals and logistics for timely replenishment.
• Manage inventory allocation and minimize excess stock across channels.
• Identify and address slow-moving or near-expiry inventory.
• Lead the planning team and improve processes and reporting.
