Job summary

PT Tradisi Baru Bakeri is seeking a Barista to prepare and serve beverages according to our recipes and standards. You will maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensure equipment is cleaned and functional, and strictly follow food safety procedures.

The role requires a minimum of SMK/D3 or equivalent with at least 1 year of Barista experience, creativity in coffee, and the ability to work well in a team. Apply to join our customer-focused service team in Tangerang Selatan.

Qualifications

• Min. SMK/D3 or equivalent education with at least 1 year of experience as a Barista in Coffee Shop.
• Must have creativity & knowledge in coffee product.
• Familiar with beverage preparation, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and service sequences.
• Fast, disciplined, responsible, customer oriented, and able to work well in a team.
