Job summary

You will handle cash and card transactions using a POS, keep the shop clean, and greet customers with energy and a smile. This role requires weekend and holiday shifts, strong communication, and a presentable, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• SMK graduates preferred; higher degrees welcome.
• Basic English for customer interaction is preferred.
• Strong communication and hands-on experience operating coffee machines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and responding to inquiries.
